What is WELLAWARE?
WELLAWARE is a 90-minute, interactive bystander intervention training program that teaches students to realistically and effectively intervene in high-risk situations. The program explains how to spot indicators of risk and use one of the three D’s (Direct, Delegate or Distract) to address the situation.
